How can I measure my HRV?
I ended the 3-day fasting this morning, got rid of 14lbs! I’m making this happen every 4 months from now on.
I think tinnitus for me is due to food intolerances/allergies. I stopped all caffeine sources ie chocolate, coffee, black/green/mate tea even decaf and pulsatile/ringing tinnitus went away within days. Hearing came back to normal too. Another trigger is cinnamon. White chocolate was also a trigger even though it does not contain cocoa powder/caffeine. I think i’m intolerant to the entire cocoa bean, as white chocolate is made with cocoa butter.
But he takes testosterone injections .
This is snake oil. The max solubility of hydrogen in water is 1.6 ppm. They claim concentrations of over 5ppm. This is impossible.

I am 60 years old on June 24. Yesterday I started doing strength training when a year ago I had an TIA mini stroke, My A1c is slightly elevated, my muscles are weak, I can’t carry heavy things. My cardiologist Dr. Phillip Anderson, Advent Health cardiologist in FL, told me to start strength training to built my muscles and I will see myself losing the weight I’ve been struggling with. My life is very sedentary. So yesterday I started doing strength training and now I happened to find this channel and how it’s important to built muscle. In a year, my health has improved but my muscles are weak. I am happy I bumped into this channel. Thank you and I will continue to built my muscle for even though I hit 60, it’s just a number and I want to be healthy and live my life actively and not sedentary.

I find something beautiful here. This man married at 21 10 years before and still cherrish s his wife. I use a hydrogen water unit. I believe it helped an old friend through prostate operation.
I use a Garmin Marq to track my HRV and feel as if I am dialed in. My sleep scores are 70 or higher, training readiness the same, eating clean, and doing a cold plunge daily. So my HRV has been going up. It's now 29, and the device says I need rest. I am a bit confused.
